CCS2000冷卻系統設計用于冷藏并保持的代謝籠樣品在或低于45華氏度(7攝氏度)。

 

産品由三部分組成:
1)15個MMC100小鼠代謝籠;
2)籠架;
3)冷卻裝置。
它是為我們的标準代謝籠和籠架而設計的,因此,它提供了所有hatteras産品相同的質量和功能保證。

 

使用要求:
盡管該系統是精心設計制作的,但是它的使用時很簡單的。安裝過程包括:将絕緣底座插入連接端口,将代謝籠放置到籠架上,給水槽中注水,和啟動系統。就是這樣。系統将自動開始制冷,以及維持與周圍溫度(室溫)30度左右的溫差。系統是可靠的和耐用的,不需要特殊的維護。

 

安裝開始于制冷單元,制冷單元安裝在籠架的底部,包含電子單元用來制冷和維持水的溫度。還包括水槽,用來實現水循環。另外,該單元還包括一個控制器用來顯示和控制溫度水平。

 

籠架系統是一個支撐設施,包含鉛管系統和制冷單元,作為代謝籠的連接點。籠架是鋁質的,帶有烤漆。3排水平結構,每個水平結構上帶有5個小孔用來安裝代謝籠。每一排的旁邊的背闆上是連接的端口,用來連接代謝籠的絕緣底座到鉛管。制冷的絕緣底座為尿液樣本提供制冷。籠子由丙烯酸零部件和不鏽鋼底闆和獨特設計的不鏽鋼收集漏鬥組成。可以舒适的安全的連續24小時飼養一隻小鼠,制冷的代謝籠提供和标準的代謝籠一樣的收集能力。
